I’m really frustrated with Blogger. I find it very hard to get anything to be where I want it to be. But I know that it could just be me. I thought I would try another blog site to determine if I just need to put up with pictures in the wrong place and huge blank areas.
The post I was trying to put up is this:
Well, so far it seems to be more user-friendly.
OK, so I’m bummed cause the throw you see above might not ever be seen again. I mailed it to my grandmother last Monday and she hasn’t gotten it! Even with all the ice we’ve had, I can’t believe it would take this long. I’m so sad!
In memorial, a couple more shots of it:
pattern: Heirloom Baby Blanket from Crochet Today Magazine (Aug/Sept ‘06)
yarn: Plymouth Dreambaby DK
hook: G (one size larger than called for because I wanted it to be a sizable lap blanket)
This is the second time I have made this pattern. The first was for a friend’s baby and I sent it off so quickly that I didn’t get pictures taken. Just squint and imagine a soft antique pick.
Alright, off to see how this posts and think about if I’m going to switch.

Very nice!
Lovely work, dear.
Trying again to leave a comment. Like the new site! Great job on the knitting too.
Hi Tanya- Thanks for listing where the pattern came from. You know I love it, and I got a copy at Stitches East, but without this post, I would spend at least a day going through my book stash to find the pattern. Your site looks great, I like the way the picture enlarges just by putting the mouse near it in the post.
