But I’m not sure I like the way Flickr gets your pics to your blog. Photobucket lets you copy the URL to WordPress but, unless I am missing something, you actually write your blog entry on Flickr and then they post to your blog for you. What if you want more than one picture in the post?
I would really appreciate if someone would help me with this!!!
This was not what I wanted the post today to be about. I wanted to show you all my beautiful handknit socks drying after their first washing with SOAK (not ever, silly). My LYS just started carrying it. I decided to get the variety pack and I like Aquae best.
Progress continues on the wrap dress. I’m going to try to upload a pic the old fashioned way…
UGH! That didn’t work! HELP!!!
ETA: I did find a way to get the URL but it seems to want to put 2 pictures up instead of just one. Again, HELP!

Do let us know if anyone tells you how to make flickr pictures as good as photobucket – I’m in the same boat and double uploading at the moment!
Open the picture in Flickr (the big one, not the preview picture). Right click the picture and select from the drop-down menu “Copy Link Location”. Then you can copy the url into the wordpress photo URL field in your posts.
Or you can choose another size (than the biggest) and do the same thing… or just copy and paste the URL from the box below the picture.
